11/23/08 - Pre-Thanksgiving Feast (Part II)

The Menu:
To start, we had two kinds of soup:
TJ’s broccoli cheese soup and Steven’s onion soup.
Instead of doing a whole turkey, Emilia and I decided to be creative. She made an amazing apple turkey sausage stuffing, which we rolled up with pieces of turkey breast and then with bacon.
On the side, Emilia also baked a pan of corn bread. I made my macaroni again, but this time with Goat Cheese, Velveeta, Mozzarella and Parmesan, in addition to Leicester and Swiss.
Helen and SJ made fried bananas that perfectly complemented the macaroni and cheese. They also brought us green beans and onion mashed potatoes.
Sam and Vanna provided us with bottles of sodas, and desserts they had purchased from the nearby cafe, Cream and Sugar.
Andrew contributed two bottles of the Belgian Beer, Delirium.
Anna baked us pumpkin brownies smothered in cream cheese icing.
And Steven drew a perfect full stop to the night with his Dutch raisin cheesecake.
