9/20/08 - Brunch Casserole.

This morning we had a training session for the newcomers at work. Instead of ordering pizza for lunch like we usually do, Alice and I decided to cook. She baked a batch of pecan French toasts. I made a brunch casserole with Emilia’s recipe.

Most of my preparation was done last night before I went out to see Stars. While waiting for Brian to get to Philly, I layered pieces of bread with bacon, cheddar and swiss cheese. Finally, I poured in a mixture of milk, eggs and onion to soak overnight. All I had to do this morning was stick it in the oven.
